Claire has ten years experience working across the NFP sector with a focus on policy, research and strategy. She is passionate about translating research into policy impact, working at National Research and Project Manager at Relationships Australia, before moving into local government to focus on diversity, equity and inclusion in their service delivery. Claire is currently the Advocacy Research & Insights Lead at Uniting Vic.Tas, continuing her focus on research-driven advocacy and sector development. She is part of the Board Observership program throughout 2026 and is observing the Refuge Victoria Board.
