Alyson is the Victorian Manager, Family Violence Services at Relationships Australia Victoria, where she leads a statewide portfolio of specialist family violence programs supporting victim-survivors, children, and people who use violence. With nearly 20 years’ experience across frontline practice, regional coordination, and organisational leadership, she brings extensive expertise in family violence service delivery, governance, risk management, and quality improvement. Throughout her career, Alyson has partnered with government, justice and community organisations to implement statewide family violence reforms, strengthen integrated practice, and improve service quality across Victoria. She has led initiatives to strengthen quality and compliance frameworks, build workforce capability, and improve consistency across family violence services in metropolitan and regional Victoria. As a Board Director of Refuge Victoria, Alyson brings current operational experience from across Victoria’s specialist family violence sector. She is committed to supporting strong governance and organisational accountability while helping ensure women, children, and families experiencing family violence have access to safe, high-quality services.
