Christine Robinson is an experienced system leader with more than 20 years’ experience across policing, family violence reform, cross-sector integration and strategic advisory roles. She has worked extensively across government, community and justice sectors to strengthen responses to family and sexual violence, with particular expertise in governance, system reform, collaborative leadership and the implementation of complex sector reform initiatives. Christine is recognised for bringing a whole-of-system perspective to complex social issues, translating reform agendas into practical system improvements, strengthening partnerships, and embedding lived experience expertise into governance and service design. She has contributed to a range of statewide policy and reform initiatives through advisory and leadership roles across the family violence sector. As a Board Director of Refuge Victoria, Christine is passionate about supporting women, children and families experiencing family violence and contributing to a service system that is collaborative, trauma-informed and responsive to community need.
