In line with the Royal Commission into Family Violence: Recommendation 209, our specialist family violence case management roles have a mandatory qualification of a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent discipline.  

As a specialist family violence service, we hold an exemption to the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 for frontline service staff, so people identifying as female need only apply.
