With over 15 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, and IT strategy, Payal has worked with leading organisations including Pegasystems, Deloitte, Citrix, EY, and Accenture. As a Director at Wipro, she focused on ServiceNow solutions in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. Beyond her professional career, Payal is passionate about family violence prevention and in addition to serving as a Board Director at Refuge Victoria, she advises other agencies, aiming to make a meaningful impact. Payal holds an MBA Executive, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems). Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son and family and is an avid singer and dancer.
