Emily is a mum of four children and has lived in Australia since 2011. She uses her senior executive experience to contribute to our community to ensure that Refuge Victoria helps to meet the needs of people in crisis due to family violence. Emily is a purpose-led and high-impact executive with experience in a broad range of health, government, and commercial settings, in Australia and the UK.
For 12 years Emily supported a range of private, government and not-for-profit organisations as a Senior IT Advisory Management Consultant for EY and KPMG. She has a passion for attracting, supporting, and developing people and driving a respectful, inclusive culture. Emily is highly curious and enjoys the process of creating a vision, with the organisation, that innovates, inspires, and provides clear direction. Emily holds degrees in Nursing and Law and has recently completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course. She is currently a General Manager at Bupa and leads Analytics and Claims Integrity – helping the business to use data to drive better value, better customer experience and better health outcomes.
